Salesforce Senior Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Admin to create solutions for our clients leveraging config and low-code designs and flows. Some experience and understanding of LWC and Apex preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom solutions using platform features including custom objects and flows.
• User management, system configuration and customization, workflow automation, security, analytics and reporting, and support and training.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce data models, security settings, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or its equivalent in work experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin or Advanced Admin Certification.
• Understanding of unit testing for Salesforce applications.

Nice-to-have Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce solutions, such as Agentforce.
• Knowledge of test automation.

This position requires candidates to be located in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, commutable to Leesburg, VA.  

Exact salary package is commensurate with experience, but ranges from $85,000 – $110,000.
